    저희집 네명의 아이들이 Albany Cornell School 에 다닐때 - 

    매년 추수감사절 한달을 앞두고   

    thanksgiving turkey recipe 만드는 

    homework 을 내주었더니 

    다음과 같이 훌륭하게 (?) 작성하였읍니다    

    보시고 과연 얼마나 맛있는 turkey 요리일까요  

    네째 아이 

     Boil a turkey with hot water in pot

     Put spices on it and put it in the oven

     Cook it 10 minutes at 40 deg.

     Make gravy and stuffing and smashed potatoes

     Also you need 2 large pumpkin pies 

    세째 아이 

     Buy a turkey from lucky store

     Put some chicken and a little bit of meat

     And a little bit of corn on the inside of the turkey

     Then put some turkey on top with a little bit more turkey

     Mom and dad will cook the turkey in the oven at 140 deg. for 49 min

     We invite people and eat together with me  

    두째 아이 

     Mom and dad cook the turkey 52 pounds

     They buy turkey from the lucky store

     They put it in a huge pan 

     They put bacon and A-1 sauce inside the turkey

     They put maple syrup on the top - all over the turkey

     We cook it for 5 hour.  150 degree

     We eat turkey, ham, mayonnaise, apples, yum. ice cream

     첫째 아이 

     Cut off the feet and the wings and tail

     Cut the turkey guts then you wash it with clean water

     Then you squeeze about 5 lemons on the skin

     Make stuffing and put it in the turkey's stomach

     Put it in the oven 250 deg 9 hours     

     Make mashed potatoes, cranberries, pumpkin pies and gravy

     Put them on the table and pray and eat

     HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!
